Does everyone remember Blair's key catchphrase?

"Education, Education, Education"?

No the other one, "Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime."

I just wonder how this phrase and his ideology sits if you simply modify a few words so it becomes "tough on terror, tough on the causes of terror." Well he has been tough on terror. Allowing Bush to lock up people in Guantanamo bay and so on. But what of the causes of terror? Who has caused more explosions in this century? The terrorists or the coalition? Even the name o the first wave of attack in Iraq conjures up something of the hypocrisy. It was called "Operation Shock and Awe". It's main aim then wasn't just to kill people. It was to scare them into agreeing with the cause.

Who are the terrorists now?
