The other day I saw some pigeons on the tube again. Now some scientists believe and have peer-reviewed published research that apparently shows that those pigeons are really just commuters like me. Apparently they nest out in the countryside and then commute in on the tube to feed during the day.

Birds can teach each other things and so this is probably the beginning of a trend. When there milk bottles everywhere blue tits used to break into them and drink the milk. And a different report showed that this method was something that was taught not just something that came naturally. In scientific testing they discovered that there was a very small chance of random discovery even if the birds were very hungry. But once a bird discovered it, it would teach other birds how to do the same thing.

Although this makes birds sound suddenly intelligent lets remember that several birds near me have become so confused that they are now singing car alarm "tunes" rather than bird song. Although they may just be practicing on electronic sounds. The next step may be the radio signal that activated the central locking.

They might have got bored of riding public transport and now be after your cars. Don't say you weren't warned.
